Art Pieces (Prints, Originals, Objects)
Each art piece is produced upon order and often hand‑finished. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or damage. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Vintage Rugs
Vintage rugs may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition as received.

2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
